Actress Shilpa Shetty, a yoga enthusiast, is motivating people to remove unwanted thoughts from their minds.
Sharing a video where she will be seen doing an asana, she tweeted: “One can lose balance in these unsettling times. There’s a lot uncertainty in life at this point that we’d like to have the option to center ourselves to operate normally. Today, I selected to do the Eka Pada Malasana – �Mala’ means �Waste Removal’.”
Shilpa Shetty calls it a difficult pose, for which one first must align their mind and body.
“You will want to remain calm and composed removing all of the unwanted (waste) thoughts out of your mind, to realize the proper posture,” she explained.
Shilpa Shetty shared that what she loves about this asana is that it “truly helps improve balance and focus”, adding: “It also works on strengthening the quadriceps, hip flexors, and core. Now, I’m all set for regardless of the day has to supply. How did you begin your day?”
