How To Deal With Dizziness and Blackout After Workout
The rationale for dizziness and blackout after workout is usually the drop in sugar level. This is precisely how you are feeling whenever you starve for a very long time.
While you exercise, your body uses the sugar which is stored in blood, liver and muscles. The sugar stored within the muscles and liver is knows as Glycogen. While you begin to workout, sugar within the blood or muscles is used as fuel. After 15-20 minutes of workout, sugar within the liver is fetched. This straightforward signifies that after half an hour of workout, your stored sugar and Glycogen gets exhausted and also you start burning fat.
