The very very first thing that Rujuta Diwekar says is it is crucial to eat home-cooked food and keep the meal size small. She also penned down a full routine which will be followed by expecting moms. Diwekar also said that’s super healthy to eat a handful of dried fruits, nuts and fresh fruits before breakfast. To maintain post-lunch slump and hunger cravings at bay, she also advises to incorporate dahi and two spoons of ghee within the eating regimen. Rujuta Diwekar listed folic acid, calcium, iron and proteins as crucial nutrients that a mommy-to-be and her baby need.
Kareena Kapoor Khan is a two-time-mommy herself and he or she, too, has shared her personal experience of the pregnancy journey and the things she ate to remain fit during that period. She said that Rujuta got her to eat a banana within the morning on daily basis and it has grow to be a component of her routine. Elaborating on her breakfast, Bebo said she prefers to eat easy meals like upma or poha and even two idlis sometimes.
