The previous ironwoman stole the show on the Sydney Everest Carnival Fashion Lunch party on Thursday, showing off her incredibly toned legs in a vibrant green blazer mini dress.
Speaking exclusively to Each day Mail Australia on the event, the 37-year-old shared her top fitness suggestions and day on a plate, in addition to her surprising guilty pleasure.

‘Yes, I actually have sugars, but I attempt to in the reduction of on that and eat as healthy as possible,’ she said.
Candice, who’s married to cricket star David Warner, said while she mostly takes a healthy approach relating to her food plan, she also enjoys a glass of bubbly or two to unwind and is a notorious sweet tooth.
‘I do love a Chandon,’ she added. ‘Like everyone else. I’m a mum and sometimes, once the children go to bed, you wish a pleased hour. I’m not afraid to have a drink.’

The SAS Australia star noted that exercise has ‘all the time’ had far greater impact on her health and plays an enormous role in her life.
She says heavy weights and cardio is the important thing mix to keep up her fit and healthy figure.
‘I wish to lift heavy weights. But then cardio – I like running,’ she explained. ‘So whether it’s on the treadmill on the beach up on the coast, it is so essential for me, not only physically, but mentally.’

As for her typical day on a plate, Candice said she doesn’t wish to eat an excessive amount of before her early morning training sessions, but fairly after to remain fuelled throughout the day.
‘After [my workout], it’s two eggs, some avocado, some tomato, some sourdough toast,’ she explained.
‘It sounds cliché. But that is generally what I actually have.’

‘Afternoon tea, some rice crackers, or some a handful of nuts.
‘Then dinner might be anything. Sometimes it is the leftovers – what the children have. So, in the event that they’re having leftover chicken nuggets or chicken wrap. Or if David’s around, it would be something like steak or we go for a pleasant dinner somewhere.
‘It’s about not being obsessive about what I eat, but attempting to have good food in the home often.’
Meanwhile, her guilty pleasures involve ‘anything sweet’ from biscuits, chocolate and cake.
Meanwhile, the mother-of-three who shares daughters – Ivy Mae, Indi Rae and Isla Rose – with David, insisted she’s going to not be expanding her brood.
‘No. That is a definite no,’ she told Each day Mail Australia.
‘I all the time thought that I would really like 4 [kids]. But with our busy schedules, it’s probably at this stage, not realistic.
‘We have an excellent balance in our life,’ she added.
‘The women are pleased. So we’re pleased to have three.’
Candice is currently having fun with a profession on radio after joining Sydney’s Dead Set Legends on Triple M, following a brief stint on SAS Australia in 2020.
She said while she loves television, she’s undecided she would consider appearing on her own reality TV show.
‘I do not know,’ she said of the thought of participating in her own show along with her husband and kids.
‘We’re interesting, that is obviously. We’re very, very different in our dynamic, but we work so well together as a team.’
‘But you never know. If the precise show ever got here up then perhaps.’
