Opening up.
Bachelor Nation fans met Logan Palmer on Season 19 of “The Bachelorette,” and now he’s back on our screens searching for love on Season 8 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
This week, Logan took to Instagram to reply some fan questions on the way it’s been watching himself back on TV.
In the course of the Q&A, Logan was asked how he deals with the negativity he receives from haters on the Web.
He got candid and said, “It’s weird. It’s really weird. They like it if you happen to respond. They wish to have a conversation with you. They wish to interact with you. The reality is, the individuals who leave those terrible comments are a thousand times worse than any ‘villain’ you’re taking a look at in your screen. Those are the bad people.”

Logan went on, saying, “The bad guys aren’t on the show. The bad guys are these weird trolls who’re super offended tweeting at you from their mom’s basement. You learn that in a short time. You recover from it, and it’s fantastic.”
And on the subject of watching the show back, Logan said he doesn’t at all times watch it because he lived it.
He noted, “Sometimes I don’t watch. Sometimes I just let everyone else watch and I get the concept!”
One other fan asked if he had any mental health advice and Logan posted a photograph at dinner together with his “Paradise” co-star Aaron.

Alongside the pic, he wrote, “Understand who your real friends are and who really cares about you. Create things that set you on fire. At all times keep in mind that life is value living.”
That’s some great advice!
